Terms & Conditions
General Terms & Conditions:
- All samples must be transferred using the Seed to Sale program “METRC”
- New Client must fill out a “New Client Form” before any tests will be performed.
- The use of “Sample Intake Forms” with each submitted manifest is STRONGLY recommended.
- All Sample Pick-Ups should be scheduled with the laboratory at least 1 hour prior to desired pick-up time (exceptions apply – please inquire)
Financial Terms & Conditions:
- All invoices must be paid within 7 days following the initial date of accrual unless otherwise discussed
- All clients will be given a 7 day grace period after the initial payment deadline has passed to satisfy their balance.
- If a client’s balance is not satisfied within the allotted 14 days (7 days + 7 day grace period), they will be subject to 10% surcharge per invoice and / or denial of service.
- If no payment is received 14 days after start of a company’s grace period Nordic Analytical Laboratories will exercise our legal right to report the company as delinquent to the MED.
