Salmonella, STEC, yeast & mold and Aspergillus (A. niger, A. flavus, A. fumigatus and A. terreus).
Methods
Plating for yeast & mold and PCR for Salmonella, STEC and Aspergillus.
Turnaround
Microbial results are typically available in 3–4 business days, including Saturday processing.
